These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Mashrequi Lab’s services and website at https://mashrequi.org (“Site”) and any SMS/text messaging services we operate (the “Services”). By using the Site or opting-in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or opt in.

2. Scope of Services

Mashrequi provides marketing automation, lead-capture, appointment booking, and SMS/Email follow-up services to local businesses (primarily gyms and fitness centers) in the United States and Canada. Services may include setup, automation, training, and ongoing monitoring.

3. Acceptance & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and authorized to receive messages at any phone number you provide. By using our Services you confirm authority to provide contact information and consent to SMS communications as described below.

4. Payment, Fees & Cancellations

One-time setup fees, monthly subscription fees, and any add-ons are set out in your service agreement or checkout.

Setup fees are due upfront unless otherwise agreed. Monthly fees are billed in advance.

Ad spend is billed separately and is the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations require 30 days’ written notice unless a different term is specified in your service agreement.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC compliant)

By providing a phone number or replying YES to opt-in, you consent to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from Mashrequi about bookings, reminders, transactional messages, and (if you opt in to marketing) promotional messages.

Opt-in example (must be shown to user):

“By submitting my phone number I agree to receive automated and promotional text messages (e.g., trial confirmations, appointment reminders, special offers) from Mashrequi at the number I provide. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. Privacy: https://mashrequi.org/privacy”

STOP / HELP keywords:

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation: “You have been unsubscribed.”

Reply HELP for help and support contact information.

Hours & Frequency:

Messages are generally sent between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM local time of the recipient.

Frequency varies by account activity (typical range: 1–7 messages/month).

Retention & Records:

Opt-in logs, message history, and consent records are retained for at least 12 months. This is required for carrier compliance.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Content

You must not use our Services to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited material. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate carrier rules, applicable law (including TCPA), or these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations

We provide tools and services to help capture and manage leads; results may vary and we do not guarantee specific revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid by you to us in the prior 6 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for violations, abuse, or at carrier request. You may cancel per the payment terms; refunds (if any) are subject to the service agreement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state/province where Mashrequi is registered.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms and the date of revision. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
